Violation of any platform's terms through Postez constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Prohibited activities include publishing illegal or harmful content, infringing intellectual property rights, engaging in spam or deceptive practices, using automated scripts to artificially inflate metrics, auto-commenting, auto-liking, or auto-following, impersonating others, or interfering with the Service's operation.
You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through Postez. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for all content you publish.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We do not review, modify, or analyze your content beyond the technical processing required for publication. We do not use your content for training AI models or any purpose other than providing the scheduling service.
What happens: Immediate account deactivation and OAuth token revocation. All personal data, content, and analytics permanently deleted from active databases within 48 hours. Purged from encrypted backups within 30 days. Confirmation email sent upon completion.
After revocation, Postez can no longer publish to your TikTok account or access your profile information.
